Secure Ticket Transfer is a peer-to-peer transaction coordination layer. We are not a ticket issuer, not a Ticketmaster replacement, and not a scalping exchange. We do not guarantee ticket legitimacy. We provide safer transfers, verification systems, and a protected payment workflow for fan-to-fan ticket transfers.

By using Secure Ticket Transfer you agree to: (1) only list tickets you own and have the right to transfer; (2) complete transfers through official channels (e.g., Ticketmaster transfer); (3) keep all payment and communication inside the platform; (4) cooperate with dispute reviews.

Selling tickets you do not own, listing counterfeit tickets, or attempting to take payment off-platform results in account suspension, payout forfeiture, and may be referred to law enforcement.

We may verify your email, phone, and identity to reduce fraud risk. We may freeze payouts pending review. See our Refund Policy and Dispute Resolution for operational rules.
