Secure Ticket Transfer is a coordination layer for peer-to-peer ticket transfers. We don't guarantee ticket legitimacy, but we do everything we can to reduce fraud risk on both sides.

Verified email

Every account starts with a verified email so both sides know they're communicating with a real person.

Phone verification (coming soon)

Phone verification will be required before initiating transactions, adding an extra layer of accountability.

Transaction rooms

All transfer communication happens in a single shared room — easier to follow, and reviewable if something goes wrong.

Evidence uploads

Sellers upload transfer proof. Either side can attach screenshots or PDFs to support a dispute.

Dispute review

Administrators review the full status history, messages, and uploaded evidence before issuing a decision.

Confidential reporting

Users can report suspicious listings, abusive messages, or fraud concerns. Reports are confidential — the other party is not notified.
